Hey there!
My name is George Roberts and I'm an animator, motion graphics artist and illustrator.
So, a bit about me. I'm a native Welsh speaker and grew up on the rainy North Wales coast. I graduated from the North Wales School of Art and Design (now Wrexham University) with the Vice Chancellors Award in 2013.
I have 10 years experience in the freelance animation industry, working for end clients such as Intel, Vodafone, Imperial College London, Westminster City Council and Princes Trust.
Recently my design and animation work for Bedfordshire Police's BAVEX campaign (Bedfordshire Against Violence and Exploitation) won the Gold Award for Animation at the EVCOM Awards 2021.

As well as animation, I have a passion for listening to and collecting music (ask me about my Radiohead vinyl collection), Nintendo gaming over the last 25 years, going for long walks in nature and exploring new cities.
I live near Chester in North Wales with my wife Lucy.
My tools of choice: Mac Studio and Studio Display, iPad Pro, Apple Pencil, Wacom Intuos Pro, Faber-Castell pencils, Seawhite of Brighton sketchbooks and Sennheiser headphones.
Apps of choice: After Effects, Procreate, Photoshop, Illustrator, Affinity Suite, Toon Boom Suite, Premiere Pro, Logic Pro.
